At its August 13, 2021 Board Meeting, TBPG proposed to amend
and repeal some of its rules as a result of its four year rules review
(see proposed changes to Chapter 850 and Chapter 851).
The proposals have been submitted to the Texas Register and will be considered
for adoption at the next Board meeting on November 19, 2021.
If you would like to submit public comments on these proposed amendments and repeals,
please send an e-mail to TBPG on or before November 17, 2021.
Please include “Comments on Proposed Rules” in the subject line of the email.
