The aquatic life and human health surface water RBEL (risk-based exposure limit) tables have been updated and are available on the TCEQ website. The TCEQ has made several minor revisions to the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) Tier 1 Protective Concentrations Levels (PCLs) which were released in early September 2014. The revised tables, dated November 12, 2014 will replace the September 2014 tables. You can access the revised tables using the link: http://www.tceq.texas.gov/remediation/trrp/trrppcls.html The 2014 PCL tables are a single Microsoft Excel workbook, with each table on a separate worksheet.
