The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) program has revised the “Release Determination Report” Form (TCEQ-00621, Rev. 1/15) to be used to report the results from the investigation of a suspected or confirmed release from an underground storage tank (UST) or above ground storage tank (AST), or permanent removal from service of a UST or any routine environmental site assessment at PST sites.
